During the cooking experience, Chef Ina will introduce you to the local herbs, spices, and ingredients used in Indonesian cuisine and explain how they create the distinctive flavors of the dishes. You will also have the opportunity to purchase some of the herbs and spices used during the experience, so you can bring the flavors of Indonesia home with you.

Once the cooking is complete, sit together on the beach and enjoy the meal you helped prepare. After lunch, you will have one full hour to swim, snorkel, walk along the white-sand beach, or simply relax beside the clear coastal waters before returning by boat to Labuan Bajo.
